BUILT-UP ROOFING (BUR)
BUR roofing systems are the oldest no slope roofing systems on the market. At I.M.L., we are experts in the installation of these systems and are certified installers of IKO and John Mansville systems.
MODIFIED BITUMEN
Modified Bitumen or more commonly known as "torch down" systems are tried, tested, and true. Proven to be effective during varying thermal changes and climatic conditions.
COLD APPLIED
I.M.L. has been extensively involved in cold applied built-up roofing systems. Predominately used in situations where the invasive fumes and odours of asphalt are not permitted. We are also approved by Tremco and Bakor to install these systems.
SINGLE-PLY
Single-ply systems are becoming more popular for their clean look, UV reflection, and ease of repair qualities. We are certified installers for most major suppliers of TPO, EPDM, and PVC.
